Piggy sperm sets like concrete and it sounds as thought this is what has happened to Scrappy ( poor little guy! ). You can extrude his "male part" and give it a good clean. Sometimes bits of hay get caught around it, which can be uncomfortable. Dermisol is good for this clean-up or you could use warm water. He will probably enjoy this and will certainly be more comfy afterwards.
