Hi Janet,

 

Sally's is an equal opportunity pooper. She will have really mushy ones and
at other times none at all. When she is all blocked up I syringe her about
0.4cc of mineral oil a day. In about 2 days she is right as rain. In the
interim her poos will be quite small as it works through her system. I also
syringe her lots of water but not at the same time as it seems to flush the
mineral oil out of her system. Sally is getting up there in years, 5+, and
was rescued from the streets of a city where she seems to have been for
quite some time. We think the pesticide laden grass that must have been her
main food source has made things a challenge but she is a trooper and a
happy and absolutely lovable pig.
