Kathy, Millie, Shaggy, Ginger, and Pookah-Darryl, we are so very sorry to hear of Beatrice's passing, and we send our condolences.  We very much enjoyed hearing some of your memories of her, from your description of her having the classic "white mop" look to your story of introducing her to your neighbor.  It sounds like she was a wonderful ambassador for her species, both in her former life as a classroom pig and as a mass of hair and eyes making a new friend one-on-one.  How lucky she was to be such a beloved member of your family and also to make it to the impressive age of almost eight.  It is very fitting that you adopted Beatrice at Thanksgiving; you both brought blessings into each other's lives.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all sick piggies and their families.
