Hello Nicholle,
If she were my piggie I would try massaging her tummy and the outside of her innards. She may have a temporary blockage of some kind and/or gas that can be moved around. Poor little pooker. Hair fluffed out is not a good sign and usually means she's cold I think. Try some baby tylenol. She may be in pain and so is not moving around.
Whee hope she is feeling better soon.
