[Gpdd] SILLY: Shelby the Escape Artist

Hello again folks. I wrote the other day that a new piggie had found her way 
into our home last night. She told me in the wee hours of the morning that 
her name is Shelby. I was originally going to call her "Alcatraz", as when 
we took the top off her cage at home to pick her up and examine her more 
thoroughly, she hopped out and promptly took off behind the two 4 foot-tall 
racks of DVD shelves in our living room. Being the piggie mom I am, I of 
course panicked, thinking she'd chow down on some Electrical Wire Linguine, 
and called out to my husband to come out and start helping to pull out the 
DVD racks from the walls. Well there we found her, snuggled into a warm 
power pack, snug as a bug in a rug. Then, when we put her back in her cage, 
she went about nibbling on the bars and staring at the DVDs as if to say: 
"FOILED AGAIN!" Long story short, she showed me what she thought of the name 
"Alcatraz" by hiding in her house when she heard it. She then politely told 
her new mommy she'd rather be called "Shelby". So Shelby the Escape Artist 
it is!! Our regular exotics vet is on holidays for a few wheeks, so we will 
get an appointment for him to examine Shelby when he comes back.
