[Gpdd] Health: Constipation in GPs

Ty,
I had a problem with Lily being constipated back in January 07.? (You might want to? check the GPDD archives for my postings and the responses I received.) Like Tanoshi-i, she had about 4-5 poops per 12 hour period.? The vet gave her subcutaneous injections of fluid and treated her with metaclopromide.? She was back to her normal self in about 3 or 4 days.? I was never so happy to see piggy poops!

I think the problem was caused when I gave her and her sister a tiny bit of banana that I was eating.? Lily ate hers, but since her sister didn't much care for it, Lily ate that portion too.? Needless to say, no more bananas for my girls.......
