[Gpdd] Misc taming timid baby

When I got Teddy he was only 4 weeks old and very timid.He was practically
scared to death of my husband and I .I went and got a huge playpen for him
to play in and what I did with him is I sat in a corner I did not move a
muscle I had a peace offering in my hand I think it was parsley his first
love I sat there for two days ( I did get a break )and several hours of
doing this he finally came to me and ate the parsley and once he realized I
was not a threat but I am his mommy and the lady with the delicious strange
food he was not scared of me anymore. I say you should call your new baby
lightening or Houdini as by the sound of things he vanishes quite quickly. I
also bought him a fleece blanket his Daddy and I slept with and put it in
his cage so he has our smell in there he came to us after a week of this.He
is so in love with us I went to spend three days with my in laws over
memorial weekend by day two Teddy refused to eat for his grandma.She called
me in a panic and I had to come home.I received the stink eye for a couple
of days but he was happy I was there.I hope this helps .
