Be ready for the vet to not find a cause. Blood work, x-rays, and other tests may not come up with anything when it comes to gradual weight loss. Luckily it sounds like she's doing well otherwise, so that's a good thing. Give her lots of cuddles ... I know some of mine thrive on that ... and even if it doesn't get her to gain weight, it makes both of you feel better.
