[Gpdd] HEALTH-CONSTIPATION

Hello,all !

Has anyone ever had a problem with constipation in their gp ?
My little Tanoshi-i has had an ongoing battle with it for almost a
month; we've tried everything. First Reglan, which did'nt seem to
help much, then Cisapride, which did help, but now (after about
three weeks on it) only seems to help intermittently, and finally,
Laxatone which, after about two weeks, seems to be having less
an less effect. My vet X-rayed her about two weeks ago and 
it turns out that she is full of poop, in her intestines, not her colon.
However, there are no obstructions, her belly is soft, she is eating
and drinking at her usual rate, but every once in a while, she almost
stops pooping (4 or 5 poops over a 12 hr. period) and then I fear she's
headed for the worst.
My vet got ahold of a specialist at the University Of Texas and she was
stumped (I live in Austin). He also got ahold of a vet who specializes in 
rabbits, who was also baffled.
Anyone have any ideas? Any ideas would be appreciated greatly.
