Hi Nicholle
I bought some coffee tables from Argos (in the UK) to keep my piggies off
the floor.
The web page reference is:
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/6090461.htm
and details are:
Beech effect. Chunky style.
Size (L)90, (W)50, (H)45cm.
Packed flat for home assembly.
They are under 20 GB pounds. I also put bubble wrap on top of the table
and under their cages (we call ours "cabins"). It would be possible to
have more than one table side-by-side for larger accommodation. I find
this height is sufficient, without being too high to clean out the cabins
each night. In the winter I also have fleece blankets which I drape over
the cabin roof at night, not enclosing them completely, but keeping in
their warmth. Spoiled? Certainly not, just what our masters expect and
deserve.
I had to have an estate agent round to value the house this week. He said
I could move to a smaller property and have a purpose built OUTHOUSE for
the piggies. What? I don't think so, my piggies live indoors with me.
"Oh, I didn't mean outdoors," he said, thinking quickly. Where else do
you have an outhouse, then? I just said "No" and I think he understood.
He did admire and talk to my little piggies though, so all's well then.
Best wishes
Kay
