I don't know what is available in the US but in England, Gorgeous Guineas used to sell a neem oil soak, which has now been replaced with a new product, Marvellous Melts, which seems to be a lot less messy than the old neem oil.

I haven't used either of these but can recommend Gorgeous Guineas. I have used their cocoa butter cream and Cavies Castle have some of their products in their hospital.

Any new Piggyfriend arriving here is always treated with oral Ivomec for mites and given a thorough shampoo. They all receive a dose of Ivomec every 3 months to keep those bugs at bay.
