  Jimmy Jr. I feel so bad that I forgot to request
  this for Juilet before but I was just to sad. 
  I believe it is protocol for Flags to be at 
  half mass for 30 days after a presidednt
  has passed. I hope that this will be observed
  at out pig olympics.
