Just for the sake of argument, for those of in the central US, FedEx 
shipping from Sweet Meadow Farm and UPS shipping from Kleenmama's Hayloft 
are basically the same.  I've received excellent customer service from both 
places!
An added bonus to buying pellets from Sweet Meadow Farm for some of us is 
that they offer USPS shipping which works out to be a great deal.
I agree that Oxbow's pellets, in my opinion, are very dusty, and I've also 
had some customer service issues with Oxbow (wrong order once, torn pellet 
bag once, and moldy hay twice).  Having said that, my picky pigs like these 
pellets.
It seems to be a common issue on the board that Kleenmama's Hayloft pellets, 
though they have great composition and high vitamin C, are not popular among 
pickier pigs.  I think this is great to point out to members who are in the 
market for new pellets.  I've always been pleased with the Kleenmama's 
Hayloft hay (also with Oxbow's hay, but it's quite a bit more expensive than 
Kleenmama's Hayloft hay).
I suppose that the phrase "to each his own" really applies here...  :)
I think it all really depends on your pig, where you live, and your level of 
expectations.  Anyways, I didn't intend to start such a crazy discussion 
about pellets and hay, but now that it's been had, I think it's good 
information for everyone!
