Hi Jaime,

I didn't give the bulb to the piggies as I was using that myself  
(fennel and onions to go with fish - I do like the taste of it!), but  
they'd probably eat that happily, too. I would store the part you  
haven't used in the fridge in a plastic bag, without cutting it up, to  
keep it from going soft (similar to celery).

I hope Mimi's tummy has cleared up.
