Carole, please accept our condolences on Coco's passing.  Although we know it was a shock that she left so quickly, we are glad that she was eating well until the end and seemed to be perfectly fine.  It sounds as though she simply fell asleep and woke up at the Bridge.  Please know that Coco had a wonderful life with you and with her two sisters and was lucky to be a beloved member of your family.  Yes, we can certainly believe that Ginger's subsequent problems were related to mourning and depression.  Piggies certainly have deep and strong feelings.  It is great to hear that Ginger is now doing much better.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all sick piggies and their families.
