Hi!
     As per cage cleaning, use white vinegar and water. You can then wipe if 
of with clear water. This is the same thing that's recommended for 
disinfecting my respiratory equipment so it obviously works and the rising dispels any 
lingering smell of vinegar. Again though, the white also has less of a 
"vinegary" smell.
     I would be concerned about mammary tumors with your piggy. Check out the 
usual sources -- guinealynxs, Peter Gurney's health site, etc.
