Hi Cindy just my 2p worth, when my Bubble had cystitis he made a funny noise when passing water because he was also hunching himself up we first thought he was having trouble with pooing and it wasnt until we were watching really closely we realised he was trying to wee not poo (poor little guy)
Did you vet do any urine tests it might be worth doing. I treated Bubble with antibiotics and?cranberry juice in his water and this worked.

When he got older Bubble did get impacted but this was obvious to tell because his bottom got distended and you could see more than one poo trying to get out, so you and your vet would probably have noticed this. I had to empty Bubbles bum every day for him, which while smelly is very easy you just ease the opening open and then squeeze gently until the poo empties.

Hope you find out what is wrong with Sunshine and that he is feeling better soon.
