I am sure I have read somewhere that when piggies injure their eye(s) that 
they do go cloudy for a while, and that this is a normal process while it 
recovers.  Take a look at what Peter Gurney says at the link below. 
Bromelin may have a different name in the US (where I'm guessing you are).
