Oh, Jaime.  I can't believe this!  How awful for you and Mimi!  Would the rescue/shelter help you out with the expenses since you JUST adopted her?  It doesn't hurt to ask.  As for Mimi, it's especially scary to think that a piggy so young could already have stones!  Does anyone know what causes them?
I will be thinking of you!  Good luck at the vets...and hugs to Mimi.
