Sabrina,

I can't help much with the lump other than to say, I know other digesters
have experienced fatty tumor which are harmless and generally not noticed by
the piggy.  However, it may not be as well.

The House Rabbit Society has put together a list of vets they deem competent
to handle rabbit issues and generally they are guinea pig savvy as well.

I hope you can find someone near enough and competent.  You will probably
still want to do some of your own research to "test" the vet as it were.
Remember, they aren't perfect and can make mistakes like anyone else.  If

can ask.  With the answers provided you should be able to judge for
yourself.
