Hi Jaime.  Just a thought but you might try a toy store.  I know they sell kits that are clay and if I remember you do whatever you want an dthen bake them in the oven so they get hard.
   
  I know my daughter did a couple of them for my grandson as well as a memorial for a cat she used to have.  Worth a try.
