Peggy, I had another thought about Patches sounding snorty.  I hope this 
isn't the problem, but it's possible that his teeth might have overgrown 
and are affecting the nasal cavity.  You might want to take a look at 
his teeth/mouth, just in case.  You probably already know this, but be 
very gentle, as piggie mouths are very small and don't open very wide.
