[Gpdd] Misc: Yearning for Slavedom...

Hello Slaves,
Could there be such a thing as a
Biological Pig-Clock??? Hmmmmmm...
I turned 35 yrs old earlier this
month, and I don't know, I've just
been getting these really strong
urges to find a pig.

After we lost Brownie Bear and
Butterscotch my Hubby, Blaine didn't
want any more guinea pigs. And we
fought about it on occassion. He was
thinking more about getting a dog
or a cat. But, the more I thought
about it, the more I thought that
that wasn't the path I wanted to take.
And that's mainly because hubby travels
50% of the time. So, if I'm going to
be the main caregiver, then I want
a guinea pig (of course!).

Well, there's a new pig at the
shelter. And she is very Cute. A
little skiddish, but she has
personality. Very friendly. I think
she's an Abyssinian mix (?) but I'm
not sure. She's all white and has
these big, beautiful gray/blu-ish
colored eyes. Oh, she's a Beauty.

There was a shelter worker in the
Exotics room today and she was going
to clean all of the cages for the
bunnies, hamsters, and the 1 pig.
But, I went ahead and cleaned the little
pig's cage and gave her hay. She didn't
have any hay in her cage. Errrrrrrr.
I think I might have stepped on the
shelter worker's toes, but I had met
her before at an Applebee's a few
months back. So, I joked with her
later about that, and I think she
forgave me for being a bit pushy
earlier.

So, tomorrow morning, I'm going to take
Blaine to see the little pig before the
shelter opens. He's flying out tomorrow
afternoon on a work trip, so I wanted
him to see the piggie before he left.
I told him that I wasn't sure if she
was the One, but I would know tomorrow.

It sure would be nice to be a Slave again...
