[Gpdd] {HEALTH} Wierd Foot Issue

Piggy has wierd hard things on his feet (front ones only). At first, I thought it was a compressed turd he'd stepped on, but it was growing out of his foot!  It looked like a long brownish tab and it was hard and dry. There are two of them and it didn't hurt him when one snapped off in my hand, but they are definiately growing out of his feet. What is this?  Is this Bumblefoot?
