Dear Birdie,

I just want to say how sorry I am about Jimmy Jr. I am especially sorry
about the time of year because as others have pointed out it seems so much
harder at a time of year that is about celebrating new life, new years,
birth and all that. I know he is happily popcorning and wheeking and running
wildly among the lovely green and yummy grass past the Bridge but is also
waiting for the day he can see you again.
