try a warm bath, with a little manual help to get the parts unstuck,  afterwards rub in vegetable oil, and repeat frequently.  Take a look at his abdomen is it swelling? Leave him out on a solid surface with a wet salad and see if he goes, if not some very soft manual pressure above the penis with three fingers might make things happen, don't push too at all hard.a ruptured bladder isn't fixable in snowstorms

And remember there's about three parts the male anatomy the foreskin, the penis and a shaft with a hook inside the penis that is normally not seen, its kinda clear, kinda white with a hook on the end, don't confuse that part with the regular 2 parts and don't mess with the shaft its not supposed to extrude. except in the "moment"   I think if the foreskin and the penis are stuck the urethra would still come thru so he could urinate, the only want to be sure is to put him somewhere you will notice.  If you don't see anything by the time you read this and follow the instructutions its serious, I'll bet its just the first to and vegetable oil will do the trick after a bit.  I always grease up my boars a bit after their baths, just seems natural, it worked really well nothing got stuck after I started that routine
