[Gpdd] [MISC] Fun time ideas for guinea pigs

I'd be grateful for your suggestions, please...

I think my two guinea pigs are getting bored.  They are 5 and a half years
old.  They are in at night (in a 3 foot x 4 foot run in my bedroom), and in
the day are in the garden in an even bigger run.  If it's raining in the day
(which it is doing a LOT here in the UK at present), then they have heaps of
floor time in my bedroom instead, as I am home during the day.  I spend time
with them talking and making a fuss of them.  I love them dearly.

They have boxes to sleep in within their run (they sleep on Vet Bed), and
tunnels to run through.  They've wood to knore on and they of course have
each other for company.  But I feel it's the same old 'same old'.

In the early days, they played a lot together, chasing each other around on
the floor and pop-corning, but they don't really do this anymore.  I know
they are older pigs now, but I feel they are telling me there is something
missing.

If anyone has some good ideas for brightening up a guinea pigs' day and
helping to make their floor time more interesting, I would love to hear your
ideas.
