Hello again Katie

My advice for bathing Lizzy would still be to telephone your local animal
rescue and ask them if you can watch them giving one of their guinea pigs a
shampoo.  That way you will know exactly what to do and what not to do, and
feel for yourself what tempreature the water needs to be, etc..  You can
make a list of any questions you want to ask, too.  I am sure they will be
only too happy to show you, and you can take your mum or dad with you.

Lizzy should not be shampooed for another month at least.  As she inhaled
water last time, she really must be allowed to get over her ordeal and let
the medicine your vet gave heal her.

It's quite hard to explain in writing shampooing a guinea pig, and the best
way to learn this one is to observe someone doing it.
