Hi Janet!
Congratulations on your new little boy!  Luke really needed YOU!  It always saddens me to think of how mistreated some little critters are, but those days are behind Luke now!  I agree:  Luke IS indeed a rescue!  While I don't purchase from pet stores, I think I would have brought Luke home, too.
