Although I am a member of this list, I really do not post that often. 
You may want to consider heart problems, and if Spicy does not show 
improvement on the antibiotics, be evaluated for heart disease. Try the 
heart med Lotensin and if the congestion remains, the diuretic Lasix. 
Not unusual for heart problems to be misdiagnosed as a respiratory 
infection.
