Kelly,
I know many people have suggested mites as a cause of seizures, and I have had one rescue pig that had a terrible case of mange that was causing seizures from the itching.

One other thing I'd like to suggest is have your vet check his ears. Sometimes, they can have an ear infection without showing the usual symptoms and an infection in one or both ears can cause balance problems (vertigo, actually) that look like seizures. I have also experienced this with my pig Gerry, who had an ear infection that went untreated where I got him from and it spread to the bone in his jaw. He started with just the wobbling onto his side and the nystagmus (rapid twitching and rolling of his eyes), then it progressed to full body rolls--always towards the side that had the infection. Not to alarm you--his condition progressed over a long period of time and he had no symptoms whatsoever until it was very bad.

I hope your piggy is okay and that it is something easily treatable. We'll keep our paws crossed.
