[Gpdd] Health: Wet Butt & Not eating Well

I noticed yesterday my piggie Simone was not eating as  much.  Today I picked 
her up and her butt was really wet.  I hadn't  noticed her drinking 
excessively lately.  I'm taking her to the vet  tomorrow at 11.   Is their anything I 
can do for her in the  meantime?  I'm really worried.
