[Gpdd] [CARE] Trimming Nails

Alge i too do not dare to cut Duke's tootsies as he still manages to
wriggle around and i've nicked the quick a couple of times OUCH and i
feel so terrible when i do it.... he now has his manicure and pedicure
done whilst having his toofies done, then i'm not the big baddy doing
it.  
I actually need to do a little trim myself this weekend as he seems to
have some erm poops stuck in one foot so i need to get that out but he's
voiced his opinion and not letting me near him at the mo... i'll have a
go when i can get somebody to help me.
