Dear Cindy,

I'm sorry to hear of  Tumbleweed's new abscess.  I'm sure Dr. Friday  
has everything in hand or mouth as the case may be.

In regards to the Baytril. My Phoebe couldn't handle Baytril. It  
always upset her little tummy. My vet suggested watering it down. I  
would load the Baytril in the syringe first so I would get the proper  
amount and then I would load about the same amount in water. This way  
she would get the right dosage but it wouldn't irritate her stomach.  
I also gave her yoghurt a half an hour before and a half hour after  
and that seemed to also help.
