[Gpdd] Health spots of blood

Hi im just writing and hoping someone thinks im doing the right thing. I have a little girl piggie called dimple she is 5 years and 4 months. Im very proud of her age and the fact she has never been ill. I have noticed spots of blood in her cage recently. I dont think its a water infection as she dosnt cry at all. Shes not hunched up. Shes the same as usual eating plenty and happy. Shes not wet round the back or anything.
   I think it must be something to do with her age. I really dont want to take her to the vet. They wont know what it is so there put her on antibiotics which will upset her and her stomach and she will get stressed. I feel as shes happy it will be kinder to her to let her carry on as she is and what ever will be will be.
    Ive had lots of pigs and allways taken them to the vets some good results some not. But i feel im making the right choice with her. I hope you understand how i feel and you think im making the right choice. I would like to feel a bit more confident about my decsition.  Thankyou Carole
