I hate it that you have had such a hard time lately with your guinea pigs! I can't believe it, even on your birthday! How awful! I found my Katie on Christmas morning and that was awful too! I have lost several in a short period of time and I know how bad it makes you feel.
I know she knew she was loved. It sounds like she had a heart attack which probably saved her from much pain and suffering. Going quickly is much better and you did not have to put her to sleep. 
May the rest of your babies stay healthy and happy. I send my deepest condolences to you.
