All,
I get my Vitamin C pre-mixed at my exotic vet.  I  administer .35 cc daily.  
You may want to check to see if your vet also  sells it.  My vet keeps it on 
the shelf with other items such as Cavy  Cuisine, Oxbow Hay, etc. so you don't 
need a prescription to get it.  It  must taste good since my piggies come on a 
run for it!
