Hi Leah I really hope that PS has nothing wrong with her.
 
If she does have a UTI then this is my experience with them, my boy Bubble had chronic cystitus (sp) I took him to the vet as he was in pain when peeing and passing blood and they diagnosed him, after 3 courses of antibiotics they decided to xray in case of stones, luckily he was clear. Any way the vet basically said it wasnt worth giving him any more antibiotics and with no futher advise left me to take him home.
 
Well a friend advised me to give him cranberry juice, unsweetened health shop kind which I did, in a few days he was fine again, since then I add 50ml Cranberry to a 200ml water bottle and top up with water, I use this as a preventative measure and touch wood Bubble never got cystitis again and Fugly has not had a problem.
 
This does rely on them drinking which my boys did/do but you could syringe, Cranberry is also a good source for Vit C.
