Carole i was able to vote for your petition!!  (explanation:  at times
petitions like this ask for area code etc.. and of course it ignores my
OZ one grrr, so i was thrilled to be able to participate in this one)
Well done it's something i believe should be dealt with quicker rather
than sooner, i hope the authorities listen to you :o)
