Corrine-
  Try putting her Critical Care or pumpkin or whatever on a paper plate or 
letting her eat it right off a spoon. Mimi doesn't like syringes either, but 
will eat things the other way. A vet should always be willing to give sub-q 
if your piggie is sick. Often it will perk them up & they will eat some. As 
for the vestibular disease I don't know what that is. I really hope things 
get better soon. Hugs...
