In the case it might be fungal, even though you are giving the right cream 
for that, you might try washing off her feet in vinegar, its a folk remedy, 
and sometimes it's given, dilute with drinking water syringed. It's all I 
can think of. We have gone through every other thing I know of. Did you 
check out Piggy Potions by Peter Gurney, he had info about that kind of 
thing if I remember. I sent my only copy to Alge when I lost the Penny 
Giggles so many years ago.  We look forward to her coming on our Christmas
