The combination of the Metacam and the Baytril is probably upsetting his tummy. Metacam is an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) and can cause stomach upset. If you've ever taken ibuprofen (Motrin) or even aspirin on an empty stomach, you know what I mean. Try offering Artie something tasty before the Metacam to be sure you actually see him eat something; you could also syringe him some Critical Care first.
