One can create petitions at care2.com
I don't have it in me any longer to set up such a thing but what a 
potentially good way to let "You Tube" know how strongly many feel about this horrifying 
practice, let alone permitting it to be viewed on You Tube. Even 
organizations like the SPCA could be contacted to participate.
