Dear fellow piggie lovers,
Its with the saddest of hearts I have to tell you that our little Triggers passed to the bridge this afternoon.. It still doesn't seem real.. Our little boy fought so hard too. Even after a second vet visit it just wasn't enough to help him.  After his vet visit (which is 30 min drive) I brought our little Trigger in  the house and again held and sang little piggie songs that I make up.. and told him soon his daddy would be home from work as his daddy only worked a half day today as He was to take me to Dr for some medical tests that I needed this afternoon. So little Trigger looked  at me with his lovely big dark eyes that could just melt your heart, and it looked like he was saying I am waiting for my daddy to get here...
so when Andy came home I put little Trigger on his chest while he sat in his "big chair" as we affectionately call his lazy boy chair.. and little Trigger continued to labor his breathing.. but he was  snuggling into  Andy just like old times.. he loves to snuggle up next to his warm neck. Then about 5 mins into the snuggle time little Trigs looked like he was gasping for air.. opening his mouth wide.. and looking at Andy and me.. he never whimpered or said a thing.. then he gave a big jerk movement.. and we both knew he just had a stroke as he then couldn't move.. we petted him and cried and told him how much we loved him.. as our little boy  drifted to the bridge..  aww my sweet little boy..  I will miss him terrible..  His brother will miss him terrible too..  I watched this little boy enter into the world with his brother on that Sept 18th at 3 in the morning..  and such joy he has given us.. such a beautiful marked piggie...  I am just
heart broken..  I know all to well that you all understand our pain...
Heart broken mom and dad.
Jean and Andy and the now misfits 13 (missing triggers and lavern)
