[Gpdd] health : highlighter pee

You know, I think Steve Slave was giving Vitamin C water every day  
for a while there. It's funny, we've seen orange pee and brown pee  
and clear pee and sludgy pee, but never that particularly bright  
shade of yellow before. Piggies keep you on your toes!
