[Gpdd] Virtual: Jodie and Shipwreck Sam

Jodie and Shipwreck Sam are sitting up in the crows nest after a beautiful day of sailing.  They talk about the great Fourth of July celebration they had and other things, avoiding what is most on their minds.  Their relationship.  What strikes fear in a man's heart more than his woman wanting to talk about their relationship!

He comments on her goth makeup and how it accents her beautiful eyes.  He tries to steal a kiss without getting poked in the eye by her spike collar.  The chains around her waist rattle loudly, but he does admire her black stiletto heels.

She thinks he looks very cute in his open neck shirt and glam makeup.  The long hair wig and guitar make him very dashing.  He seems to be limping a little from all the slides across the floor while singing songs about love.  She looks at the ring on her paw and sighs.  She understands how her slaves feel and is a little bit glad to have to wait to marry Shipwreck Sam.  It was kind of scary to think about sometimes.  She holds Sam's paw and tells him this and he holds her paw tightly.

Sam listens to Jodie and agrees to wait until they know each other better.  Marrying so soon scared him a little too, but he wouldn't admit it. He knows they will see each other at other events, and keep in touch with their Blackberrys.  He eats another grape and says it is time to go.  There is much to do tomorrow.  The Surrey Squeakers are arriving and the memorial ceremony is coming up.  The turtles are getting ready to make their journey back across the sea so there will be a farewell for them.

Jodie packs up their supper basket and Sam helps her down from the crow's nest.  They see a lovely shooting star travel across the darkening sky.  They purr together and rub noses.  He walks her to her room and kisses her softly on the cheek, watching out for the spikes.  "Do you girls plan to wear goth for long?" he asks.

"No, silly boy", she says, "I rather fancy the pirate wench look   We sows are going shopping at the next port for new costumes.  You are gonna love the puffy sleeve blouses and swirly skirts with boots.  Check out this picture on your Blackberry."

Jodie and Sam go to their rooms and stay up late talking to their friends about the day and the good times to come.  The sows are excited about the wench costumes and plan to loot the ship's hold for jewels to wear.  They hope the boars go back to their pirate look, too.  Soon they all fall asleep, rocking to the sea in their hammocks and cozies.  All except for Barnacle Bill and Igor keeping watch on deck.
