[Gpdd] RAINBOW BRIDGE Debbie Jones

Dear friends,

I have just had a call from our Rodentologists, Chris. Debbie's daughter, Sarah, texted her to let her know that our dear Debbie passed away this morning. After a good cry on the phone with Chris, I thought that I should share this tragic news.

I never had the privilege of meeting Debbie but felt that I knew her through the medium of the Digest. She always sent such wonderful condolence messages to any of us who had lost a dear piggy.

I was pleased to meet Sarah on a couple of occasions at Cavies' Castle ( the Rodentologists ) and also came to know two of Debbie's Dolly Mixtures, Red Dandy and Scoot, when they were patients at the hospital.

Debbie will be sadly missed by her family as well as by us all.

It is so hard to find the right words to say but we will all remember Debbie in our own way as she makes her way to the Rainbow Bridge, where a host of loving piggies and other pets will be waiting to welcome her to her new home.

We will light a candle in her memory here at Piggyfriends.

Perhaps we could send a community message of sympathy to her husband Pete, who had so little time with Debbie.
