[Gpdd] [care] Skinny piggies

Hi all,

Today we have gotten 4 guinea pigs at the shelter.
The people who owned them had to give them up due to severe allergies of the
daughter.
Two is them are Shelties, two are skinny's.
Both were supposed to be girls, but I've checked them all and they are all
boars.

Now my question is, I don't know anything about skinnies, just that they are
prone to all kinds of health problems.
If you have any tips on Skinny care, let me know!
