I am sad to say that my lovely SCAMPS piggy, Maxine, has died today. She was 8 years old, possibly older. I can't say that it was completely unexpected due to her age and health issues, but it's still a shock to have one pass on when it was just enjoying some greens a few hours earlier. I will write a more fitting tribute to this lovely Grande Dame later when I am perhaps a little less emotional.
