Annelie, we are so very sorry that so soon after joining the Digest, you had a loss in your piggie family.  Please accept our very belated condolences on Arthur's passing.  We know it was a shock when he bounced back from his lethargy only to pass away the next day.  Piggies are so good at hiding their illnesses, and it's sometimes hard to tell how they are doing.  We are glad that you and your son were able to be with him, though, and hold him as he made his final journey; we know he understood how much you loved him.  Arthur was a very lucky boy.  You asked if your lawn service might have put something on your lawn that affected him.  That is certainly a possibility.  Did you get a chance to check with them?  We hope that Guinevere is still doing well.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all sick piggies and their families.
